Day One of Full-Time Freelancing
Today I setup an accounting system and a time tracking system and I synced my email on my pc and my laptop with my google calendar. I also did a little client work.
For my invoicing I’m using Freshbooks. For my accounting I’m using a service that you can tie into Freshbooks called Outright.
For my todo list I signed-up for a service called Toodledo. You can sync this to Outlook with Toodledo Outlook Sync.
For time tracking, I signed up with Toggl and I highly recommend it.
I’m getting the foundation laid the will help me spend more time on working and less time with minutia. I’ll let you know in future posts how these services work out.
